How do I order a Mist Wash?

Mist is completely On Demand. Simply visit our website or mobile website, create a profile and request the service of your choice.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please submit a Support Ticket in the shoot us an email section or contact a Mist Representative. A member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my request?

Cancel for free within 5 minutes of your request, or pay AED 15.00 cancelation fee.

Can I pay with cash?

Mist Misters accept cash, just choose the cash option when selecting your payment method at checkout. Please note that for cash payments, payment should be made before commencing the job.

Is my payment secure?

The Mist credit system meets PCIDSS requirements, reaching Certified PCI level 1.

How can I contact my Mister?

When Mist is in progress you may contact your Mister from the order screen.

Do I need to Tip my Mister?

Gratuity is not required.
